k731 from Ohio remembers this:
I used to have the same dream every time I was sick when I was a kid. A leather bag used as a toiletry case whenever our family traveled would be tied to a tree. People would be circled around it, holding needles and closing in, intending to puncture it. I would reach out, try to stop them, and just as their needles got to the bag, the viewpoint would switch and it would be me tied to the tree instead of the bag. This is the only recurring dream I have ever had, and it terrified me every time I had it- but I only had it when I was sick, and it's been a long time since I've had it.
