I had this dream a few months ago and it is still bothering me...
THE DREAM:
I am sitting in the van my father owned when I was a very young child, in the driveway of the duplex we lived in when I was little. Im wearing an outfit that is familiar to me from my childhood. A friend of my mothers is getting ready to fasten my seatbelt and I drop a little velcro wallet on the floor. I bend over to retrieve it and when I sit back up, the lady is gone and the sliding van door is standing wide open. Its sprinkling rain and all is quiet..and then I hear this mans voice ask me "What do you want?"...I just sit there, feeling a little scared, and I hear it again..this time more insistant but not mean or anything "What do you want?"....it was a voice from all around me, not just from one generalized area (ex. house or front seat) and in the dream I think to myself..is this God?. And then I woke up. Have any of you ever had a dream like this???

Were you a child in the dream or were you your current age in the dream? Your age in the dream may influence the interpretation...

I have previously had two very unlikely premonitions that came true. I have asked myself if it was time travel or if it was influenced by religion.
Based on my experience i would say that your dream is about an event that happened previously in your life, but is locked in your subconscious. You think it is just a weird dream because your conscious state is unaware of it.
As for the voice asking you what you want -- are you at a point in your life where you feel like a child who can't make up her mind?
