Dream #491

I usually have dreams where my teeth fall out, but they're usually still connected by the nerve. I pull the tooth for it to come out and the nerve doesn't sever. It usually just keeps going and going... I've had these types of dreams for years. It's usually abrupt in a random dream. What does it mean?
