"all" by classic rock radio
from
My sister used to joke that it wasn't a trip home until you heard Tom Sawyer on the radio. In one day I was treated to Come Sail Away (the non-Cartman version), Night Moves (Bob Seger remains a god in these parts), and countless others I've already forgotten. I know they are played incessantly on classic rock stations, but I only listen to this stuff when I'm home. With the windows down and the radio turned up nice and loud. The deejays still have local accents, but I suspect the tunes are piped in from clear channel HQ.
"the pony song" by au revoir simone

I don't know how much about the band, but I like the song. According to the website, they are four (?) girls with keyboards. Melodic loveliness.
was it just a breeze?

"Toridge and Lisbah" by Dreams Come True
from Delicious
Fluffy j-pop salsa. Most of the song is in Japanese except for something about feeding birtds and squirrels. I'm not really sure, but I like it.

I wish I had an mp3 of this. A school choir probably. They soulfully chant.
