Heard this track first on Lovefingers' set on Beats in Space a couple months back. Blown out of the water by it, I picked up most of the Mandré catalog, a turn-of-the-80s byproduct of Motown's growing identity crisis. This track still stands on the top of the heap, sendings its soulful kosmische down the slopes of motor city history.

Scooped this track off of alainfinkielkrautrock like a month back and since the link is long-gone, I thought I might share this little nug of chug-a-lug with y'all. This is a rocket blaster of a single that was released in '97 and as the aforementioned blog accurately described it: "It's like Nue! meets Ennio Morricone in a pod fight." It doesn't get much better than this.
