Freddie Hubbard "Red Clay" from Red Clay

This is a must-have album. One of my all-time favorites. Released in 1970 and features Ron Carter on Bass and Herbie on keys. This is some of Herbie's best work ever. Freddie Hubbard is a very melodic player also. The title track "red clay" ranks up there with my favorite jazz/fusion songs of all-time. This song was also sampled by Tribe Called Quest. There is a spacey 1 minute intro, so give the song a chance to take off!
