I haven't heard anything from this guy that isn't pretty great. I have Hermanos, Ofrenda, and Vytas and I liked all three instantly when I heard them. I'll post something from Vytas this week. That one is from '83 and looks like this |

those other two albums also nice? I have the ofrenda album (cool cover with the guy with the beard) and "la ofrenda de vytas brenner", not with the cool cover but an european issue on pink elephant, both very nice, will try and get some of that posted;) |

Funny I was listening to Hermanos when I clicked on this thread and Madrugada was the tune playing. The first track on the side is a straight folk tune with acoustic instruments, then it segues right into Madrugada with all that crazy synth action. You can't help but notice that track |

So many Vytas lps called Ofrenda. The one I just got is Just called Ofrenda  and it seems to be likely that you have the live album En Vivo! Ofrenda  No Avila on Ofrenda. Looks like it's back to the search . . . |

Just won 3 of Vytas's lps on ebay including this one, from a seller in Venezuela. Saw them at 5 a.m. and noticed the end times were all today while I was at work. So I placed three bids and WOW! What a nice treat to come home to. If the other 2 (Hermanos and Vytas) are as good as this track, I'll be stoked . . . |
