I was so pleased to find this rare record the other day- its Texas Troubadour Augie Meyer's second solo record form '72. Such the best beats and struts on this record. Crazy guitar, steel, and of course Vox organ on this. I will have to rip it to put up a track at some point. Coudln't even find a picture of the cover online, but he looks good on it with a weird pink suit and little kitty next to him.

yeah- you have it? That song California blues has the best beat ever! I was so stoked to find it at that Mercer records store.. that place has good records.

yeah! this record rules! i'm so glad to see it up here...i've been wanting to rip it too! there's a companion record, of sorts, to it, called Augie Meyers Western Head Music Co.
