basically just stole a guy's TV. bought that guy for $40 clean old bones off of this dude on craiglist. he's a studio/production dude and he also had a lot of studio stuff for sale (i got schwooped on a $1000 custom-made studio desk he was unloading for $150...rat bastard). after hijacking the TV, i straight gaffled him on a pair of AKG K240's for $20. everything sounds so much nicer with these guys than it does through my sennheisers which, currently, are somewhere in New York trying to get the right channel fixed. moral of the story -- scour craigslist for guys like this and profit as you see fit.
