i think they like to be called "little people." also, i think they are technically both dwarves.

in this case - where youre posting a picture of them playing basketball of all things. . . pretty sure theyd be offended regardless of what you referred to them as. really no need to get technical here . . short people playing basketball is funny. almost as funny as watching them run a relay race against a camel.
